We prepare every meeting down to the last detail based on the client’s reservation. But our work doesn’t stop there. On the day itself, a dedicated team is ready to respond immediately to any questions or needs, even if things don’t go entirely as planned and quick adjustments are needed. Hospitality bootcamps
Standing still is moving backward. That’s why we organize Hospitality Bootcamps to ensure our team’s skills and knowledge stay up to date. These intensive training sessions help new employees develop their guest-focused mindset to meet the high standards of BCN. But learning doesn’t stop after onboarding. Through regular refresher bootcamps, our current staff also continues to strengthen and refine their hospitality skills. With every bootcamp, we aim to make our organization more guest-focused.
Listening to our guests
We use the experiences and feedback of our guests to continuously improve our methods, approach, and services. Of course, we love hearing when everything met expectations or even exceeded them. But we also value less positive feedback, because it helps us improve and grow. All feedback is taken seriously and used as input for our Hospitality Bootcamps. This way, we ensure that with every visit, we’re able to serve our guests even better than before.
