About BCN
BCN is the go to location for training sessions and business meetings in the Netherlands, with six easily accessible locations spread across the country. Whether it’s for meetings, training sessions, or workshops, our spaces provide the perfect setting for any business gathering. With locations in Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and Zwolle, we are always easy to reach, both by public transport and by car.
From first location to nationwide network
BCN began in Utrecht in 2006, with the opening of our first training center in Rijnsweerd. As the building was only in use a few days a week, we soon saw the potential to host more business meetings. This led to the official launch of BCN in 2008. Two years later, we opened our second location in Rotterdam, followed by BCN Utrecht CS in 2012 and BCN Amsterdam in 2013. Our network continued to grow with expansions to Eindhoven in 2017 and our newest location in Zwolle in 2019.

Our Onboarding Roadmap ensures that new team members become fully familiar with their role, responsibilities, and daily tasks, while buddies provide personal guidance and support on the floor.
Step by step, using short videos and hands-on experience, colleagues immerse themselves in BCN Hospitality, cultivating both high-quality service and a welcoming, positive company culture that reflects our values in every interaction.

Working together for a sustainable future
Sustainability at BCN is embedded in both the small details and the overall vision. We make conscious choices to minimize our environmental impact and contribute to a greener future.
This is reflected in our lunch buffet, which features fresh, seasonal products. We also manage waste thoughtfully and are gradually replacing plastic with more sustainable alternatives, such as paper and biodegradable materials.
Our efforts have been recognized with the Gold Green Key certification, an international standard for sustainable business practices. But we don’t see this as the finish line. We continue to invest in improvements, both large and small, to keep making a difference for tomorrow.
