At BCN, we have a variety of meeting spaces. One of these is specifically designed for hybrid meetings, but what exactly does that mean? We’re happy to explain the benefits of hybrid meetings.
What is a hybrid meeting?
In recent years, working from home has become completely normal. Companies are requiring fewer office days from their employees. With the rise of what we call hybrid working, employees are not always present in the office. Hybrid meetings address this. In this type of meeting, not everyone needs to be physically present, online and in-person participation are combined.
However, hybrid meetings are not just online sessions where everyone stares at their laptops. Technology plays a crucial role. Physical participants must be able to clearly see and hear those joining from another location. Likewise, remote participants need to see and hear both the people on-site and the person leading the meeting.
Our hybrid meeting room is equipped with two professional cameras focused on the speaker and the in-person participants. This ensures that everyone is clearly visible, both physically and online.
