What facilities does BCN offer?

BCN (Business Centre Nederland) provides professional and multifunctional locations for all your business meetings, conferences, training sessions, and workshops in Rotterdam, Utrecht, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, and Zwolle.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

At each location, we offer free fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi.

Can I use BCN for training sessions and workshops?

Yes, our locations are specifically designed for training sessions and workshops.

Do you provide workspaces on-site?

Yes, during breaks between your meetings or training sessions, you can work in our spacious coffee lounges.

Reservations

What are the rates for renting a room?

BCN has various locations and offers different multifunctional rooms, each with its own rate. Please check the most up-to-date rates in the Booking Engine.

How can I make a room reservation?

You can make a room reservation on our booking page. Browse through the various rooms and find the one that meets your requirements. Check the availability, time, and date right away. When booking a room, you can choose from various facilities and arrangements. If you have any questions about a reservation, please contact us.

Can I rent a large room for a small group?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. All our rooms are booked based on the total number of people. If you want to rent a large room, it can only be done if there are more attendees.

Can I reserve a table for my group in the restaurant?

No, unfortunately, you cannot reserve a table in our restaurants.

Catering

Can I bring my own lunch?

We kindly request that you do not bring your own lunch to our locations.

What catering options are available at BCN?

All locations offer catering options, ranging from coffee breaks and light snacks to an extensive lunch buffet. We are happy to take your specific wishes and dietary requirements into account!

Does BCN offer halal food?

Yes, you can indicate that you want halal food when making your reservation.

Is it possible to make some of the snacks vegetarian during the reception?

Certainly! You can customize the reception menu at each location.

Accessibility

Are service dogs welcome at BCN?

Yes, service dogs are welcome at all our locations.

Does BCN provide spaces for breastfeeding?

Yes, all our locations have rooms where you can breastfeed.

Are pets allowed at BCN?

No, pets are not allowed at our locations, except for service dogs.

Specific Requests

Is it possible to send training materials to the location before the training session?

Absolutely! Send the materials to the location and include your reservation number. We will ensure that the materials are ready in your room at the start of your event.

Can I inform you about dietary requirements?

Yes, please provide your dietary requirements when making your reservation, and our chefs will take them into account when preparing the menu.

Can I book a hotel stay with you?

No, unfortunately, that is not possible at any of our locations.

Can I have something delivered to your locations?

Yes, deliveries are accepted at all our locations. If you would like us to handle the arrangements, please contact the location where you have booked.

Is it possible to organize a fire drill at BCN?

Yes, it is possible at the BCN Rotterdam and BCN Utrecht locations.
