In 3 steps, from looking to booking
Step 1- Reserve your space or room with the Booking Engine
We assist you in making your reservation. Through our online Booking Engine, you can start your request and specify your preferences and requirements. From the very beginning, you will be connected to a personal reservation specialist who actively collaborates with you. Do you have multiple meetings on your agenda? With BCN, you can book more than a year in advance.
Step 2 – Check your reservation and give approval
Once we find a match between your inquiry and our offerings, we finalize your reservation. You can review it in the Booking Engine. All the details we agreed upon, such as coffee, lunch, drinks, and technical facilities, are included. It is your responsibility to verify the booking and, if everything is correct, give your approval. Your booking is now completely arranged!
Step 3 – A carefree meeting (and on to the next one!)
On the day of your gathering, we ensure that the space is perfectly set up for your guests, with the right arrangements, materials, and amenities. Our team assists with the setup and ensures everything is ready for your guests’ arrival. If there is anything you’d like to adjust during coffee breaks, lunch, or the drinks session, our staff is available throughout the day to assist.
