BCN Utrecht is our largest meeting and training venue, offering an impressive 59 rooms, parking facilities, and several smaller breakout rooms for more intimate conversations. Conveniently located on the outskirts of Utrecht, right next to the A2, A12, and A27 motorways, the venue is easily accessible by car, with parking available right at the entrance. For those arriving by public transport, the location is just a 15-minute bus ride from Utrecht Central Station.
BCN Utrecht is fully accessible, with multiple elevators and a wheelchair-friendly entrance, ensuring that all guests can navigate the venue with ease.

Please note: Roadworks are currently taking place on Archimedeslaan. Daltonlaan remains accessible, but we recommend allowing extra travel time.
BCN Utrecht is easily accessible by car via the A2, A12, and A27 motorways. Several parking options are available nearby, including our own parking area with 350 spaces (P1, P2, P3). Please note that parking is paid. Additionally, there are six EV charging stations available. An alternative option is Parking Padualaan, which is about a 15-minute walk from the venue.

What are the parking options at BCN Utrecht?
You can park at P1, P2, or P3. The rate is €3.00 per hour, with a daily maximum of €9.00. Payment can be made easily by debit card at the barrier or at the payment terminal located at Daltonlaan 600. For any questions or further information, feel free to contact our reception.
Please note: during office hours, parking around BCN Utrecht can be limited. If the main parking lots are full, you can also park at Parking Padualaan.
