The venue features 29 spacious multifunctional rooms for groups ranging from 2 to 140 people. BCN Rotterdam offers unlimited coffee and tea with healthy snacks in the coffee lounges, as well as an extensive lunch buffet. Finished with the day? Having a drink at the end of your meeting or conference is also an option at BCN Rotterdam.
For a premium meeting experience, you can book one of our three unique and stylishly designed boardrooms. These luxurious, multifunctional rooms are equipped with the latest technology. The boardrooms can accommodate groups of up to 8 people.

BCN Rotterdam has a terrace by the water and a bright, spacious conservatory. The city center of Rotterdam is nearby. BCN Rotterdam is easily accessible by both public transport and car. There is a free Station Hopper service (from 8:30 AM) from Rotterdam Alexander station, and for guests arriving by car, there is free parking on site, including charging stations.
The location has multiple elevators and is fully wheelchair accessible.
Arriving by car?
The location is easily accessible via the A20. We offer our own parking lot with 220 spaces and eight charging stations.
Arriving by public transport?
BCN Rotterdam is located near Rotterdam Alexander Station, making it very convenient for visitors traveling by public transport. You can easily plan your route using 9292.nl for up-to-date travel information and departure times. Additionally, we provide a free shuttle service to and from Alexander Station.
Free Shuttle to BCN Rotterdam
From the train station, we offer a free electric E-Hopper shuttle service. This bus will take you and several other guests to BCN Rotterdam within minutes.
Please call at least 10 minutes before you arrive at the station at 010-7271020, so we can ensure the hopper is ready on the bus side of the station on time.
Note: Due to a parking ban around the station, the hopper cannot wait there for long. So please try to avoid calling too early!

Frequently asked questions
Absolutely! We take allergies and dietary preferences of our guests very seriously. At the restaurant, there is a board listing all allergens, and you can always ask our chefs about the ingredients in the dishes. We also always offer at least one vegetarian option and a variety of toppings for your sandwich or salads!
You can park at the rear of the building. Parking at this location is free. BCN Rotterdam also offers 8 electric charging points (22 kWh).
From the train station, we offer a free electric Station E-Hopper service. This bus will bring you and other guests to BCN Rotterdam in just a few minutes.
