BCN, the perfect location for all your meetings and events

BCN offers professional, multi-purpose locations for your business meetings and courses, located in Rotterdam, Utrecht, Amsterdam and Eindhoven.

Meeting facilities

All locations, BCN Rotterdam, BCN Utrecht, BCN Amsterdam, BCN Eindhoven and BCN Utrecht CS, offer meeting rooms which are suitable for groups from 2 to 180 people. The meeting rooms offer flexibility and can be adapted to your needs. The equipment in the rooms include: beamer, screen, integrated sound system, flip chart, white board, free Internet and a climate control system (adjustable per room). On top of this, each visitor has WIFI Internet access throughout the entire building.

Each BCN location houses a stylish restaurant that offers tasteful daily lunches and dinners.

All locations are easily accessible by public transport or close to a highway exit. Free parking is available at some of our locations.

Easily accessible by car or public transport

All BCN locations have a central location. Therefore they are easily accessible by either car or public transport. Our locations offer spacious free parking. Each location has either a train station or bus stop within a 5 minute walk, which guarantees an easy journey for all.

Restaurant and coffee lounges

Each location has its own restaurant where you can enjoy tasteful lunches and dinners. BCN also offers multiply coffee lounges where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and use desktop computers to access the Internet.
